Return Policy: Return Policy

NIVLEM Bracelets (“we,” “us,” or “our”) accepts returns of eligible merchandise within fifteen (15) days of the date the product is delivered to the customer. By completing a purchase, the customer (“you”) agrees to the following return terms:
1. Eligibility for Return
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging and accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon receipt.
Any product returned outside the 15-day window may be denied.
3. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We may request photos for verification.
In such cases, we will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, you must contact us at Nivlemassoc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days.
